The Gelos Collection Book - Each child will receive their very own collectors edition Gelos Collection book and they can create sections within the book based on classes, teams, clubs. incorporating the Club Crest into the specific section. 

 

Class and Team Mate Stickers - Coaches will receive the sticker cards of every child in the group  and hand out one a week to each child and the aim is for each kid to create a unique and individualised book by the end of the year. The individualised collection book creates a sense of excitement upon receiving the cards and develops a healthy curiosity about other children in the group encouraging deeper in-group connections.

 

Mastery Collection - Children will also receive mastery cards throughout the year following  reaching  goals or improving skills .  These will be given out over the course of the year. When given out by a coach for recognition of achievement, the coach should provide meaningful feedback to encourage continuous progression. 

 

Values Collection  - Children will also receive additional recognition of demonstrating club values over the course of the year. These will be given out over the course of the year. When given out by a coach for recognition displays of club values, the coach should provide meaningful feedback to encourage motivate the child to continue with these positive behaviours.
