Improve player connection to the club and increase player motivation with The Gelos Collection Book! Based on the most up to date psychological advancements in motivation, identity and wellbeing the The Gelos Collection Book brings the child on a growth journey over the course of the year focusing on child autonomy, connection and mastery of their chosen activity.
Starting in September 2025, each child from participating clubs will receive their very own collector's edition book. The The Gelos Collection Book book is aimed at increasing player connection to the club, increase player motivation increase connections with their teammates and coaches. The The Gelos Collection Book will be transformed into a unique keepsake of their playing year at the end of the year.
Throughout the year, coaches from participating clubs will distribute from the individualised collection of each child within the group, one per week. The exciting aim is for every child to build a truly individualised book filled with their teammates, fostering a sense of anticipation and encouraging healthy curiosity and deeper connections within the group.
Beyond team mates, children will also earn from the special "Mastery Collection" for reaching goals and improving skills in line with the coaching plans or player of the match. Players can receive from the "Recognition of Club Values" over the course of the year.

The Personal Collection is the ideal add on product to your Gelos Collection book and you may wish to add additional clubs to gain greater connections to all the clubs that your child is involved in. (60 per pack). It is advised that for additional participating clubs that you purchase from this collection.

Mastery Collection
The Mastery Collection can be awarded by the coach after completion of a goal or mastery of a skill. The child will then be able to add this to their collection and be able to reflect on the recognition that they received over the course of the year (90 per pack).

Club Crest Collection
Clubs can create their very own club or school crest stickers. These can be purchased directly from the club and the distribution of the club crest will be the responsibility of the club.
